How long does my order take to ship?
Domestic Shipping
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days, excluding holidays. If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 1 week of placing your order, you can contact hello@peonystoryco.com for status update.
What is your return policy?
At Peony Story Co, we would like all our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase.
All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped.
Due to the nature of our product, all sales are final.
We DO NOT offer returns or exchanges due changing of mind.
Damages and Issues
However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Peony Story Co within 14 days of delivery.
If you have received the wrong products, please let us know within 14 days of your order being delivered.
